More energy and playfulness

For cats, protein is a far more effective energy source than carbs because they are carnivores. While most cat feeds are bulked out with carbohydrates and contain less than 40% meat, KatKin is 100% actual meat. This implies that your cat will find it much easier to transform KatKin into hunting, play, and fun-loving fuel than it would with regular cat food.

Healthier Gut

You may be aware that some beneficial gut bacteria are necessary for proper digestion if you’ve ever seen a yogurt commercial. The majority of wet and dry cat feeds are processed at a relatively high temperature, which results in a low concentration of beneficial microorganisms. Fresh cat chow is prepared at temperatures that destroy dangerous microorganisms while preserving the beneficial ingredients! Fresh diets not only improve your cat’s digestion but also strengthen their immune system because gut health is essential for both nutritional absorption and the immune system as a whole.

Shinier, thicker coats and less hairballs

The naturally occurring high fat content in a high-meat diet encourages coat growth and health, which is why KatKin parents frequently comment on how their cats’ coats become glossy.

Better digestion and less mess in the box

KatKin has a lot of protein and moisture. These components of a cat’s diet help with digestibility, and if your cat can absorb more protein and moisture from their food, they will be able to eliminate less food as waste.

Long term weight management

Based on your cat’s age, breed, and level of activity, KatKin is customized to meet all of their needs. This means your cat won’t be able to overeat, which is a regular issue with cat food from the store.

No nasties, only real, good food

Fresh diets aren’t loaded with preservatives and other nastiness that let canned foods and kibble sit on the shelf for years alongside bleach since they are kept frozen or chilled. Additionally, we don’t use cosmetic chemicals like emulsifiers to make KatKin look homogeneous, which is why some of our recipes, like beef or lamb, have healthy, rich fat.
